Activance Professional products are only available via professional channels such as approved hair salons, barbers, and clinics specialising in skin, hair or beauty, GPs, and trichologists. We do this to ensure that clients receive the proper professional service, advice, and the most appropriate Activance item(s) for their individual needs.

We will assess each Activance Professional Stockist application manually to ensure that it qualifies as a professional channel. As part of that assessment, someone from our team will contact you for a short phone interview providing you with more information on our products and our stockists' expectations.

Once you have been approved as an Activance Professional Stockist, we will create your Activance Trade account, enabling you to purchase our products at reduced trade-only prices. 

We'll let you know your activancetrade.com account has been created and help you complete your first order. Then, we'll add you to our Find a Stockists page so that people looking to purchase Activance Professional know where to find you.

The first time you sign in...

You will need to change your password; once signed in, you will have access to purchase across our site 24/7. In addition, your account enables you to view previous orders, check store credit and see current promotion stock.
